**THE ROLE**

As a Night Care Assistant you will support residents within the care home, ensuring they receive the quality care they deserve. Following care plans; assisting with personal care, supporting with mealtimes, using specialized equipment and documenting all tasks carried out. The role of a Night Care Assistant is as varied as it is fulfilling.

We encourage and support all of our team to have the opportunity to complete their diploma in Health and Social Care.
