**Job Title**: Inventory Picker

**Salary**: £10.00 per hour, plus monthly-based commission based on performance

**Hours**: Monday-Friday, 09:00am - 18:00pm

**Reports To**: Warehouse Operations/Inventory Support Supervisor

**JOB SUMMARY**

The primary duty of this position is to retrieve inventory for sales orders and action Manual Requisitions generated by UK Production. Other duties will include inventory put-away and stock control. Further tasks may be assigned as required.

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Picking, consolidating and processing of Orders.
- Ensure Rush orders are prioritized and picked in a timely manner.
- Picking and processing of Inventory Movements.
- Identify and amend incorrect stock levels using WWMS.
- Notify the Warehouse Operations supervisor if pick lists cannot be fully satisfied.
- Ensure areas within you working environment to be kept clean and tidy at all times.
- Comply with company/legislative health, safety and environmental requirements
- Other duties may also be assigned.

**MEASUREMENTS/METRICS**
- Response times to respond to queries
- Response times to complete sales picks or highlight picking discrepancies.
- Visual inspections by Management
- Compliance with company/legislative health, safety and environmental policies

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Computer literate
- Ability to work at fast pace
- Attention to detail
- Problem solving abilities
- Good communication skills
- FLT License (advantage)

**EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE**

GCSE's or equivalent required

**PHYSICAL DEMANDS**:

- Reaching, stooping, kneeling, crouching or crawling
- Frequent walking
- Continuous standing and repetitive hand motion
- Lifting of large/bulky stock items. (Weights in accordance with Manual Handling legislation).

**BONUS/COMMISSION PLAN**

Commission scheme is in place and rewards Inventory Pickers for amount of work completed, combined with the accuracy of work completed.

**EMPLOYEE EVALUATION SUMMARY**
- Introductory Review - Will be written at approximately 80 days after employment and will be used to determine whether employment will continue
- Monthly reviews - Employee will be given a brief written monthly review primarily focused on quantitative performance and measurement of activity.
- Annual Reviews - Monthly reviews will factor in as a big part of this process along with attendance, job knowledge, overall performance and dependability.

**WORK SCHEDULE**

This is an hourly paid position. Employee is required to work 09:00am - 18:00pm. There may also be a requirement to provide order pick cover during Bank Holidays. Employee is expected to come to work on time and adhere to accepted time-off policies.

**WORK ENVIRONMENT**

The environment is a warehouse setting. Dress attire is casual but professional for this type of working environment. All employees are required to wear “Radwear” (apparel with company logo) at all times once the initial supply (at company expense) has been received. Safety footwear and orange hi visibility vest must be worn at all times. Company provided hard hats and other items of PPE must be worn in certain areas. Radwell ID Badge and Access card must be worn at all times. Employees must adhere to all Radwell UK Health and Safety requirements at all times.

**HEALTH AND SAFETY**

Warehouse Health and Safety information is available for viewing on the Warehouse H & S noticeboard. H & S information is also included in daily/monthly team meetings. Training: Radwell International UK Ltd uses an online e-Training system. Modules will be allocated annually to the employee by the e-Training Administrator and must be completed within the given timescales.
