Supervisor - Derby
- 12 hour contract, over time is available with an immediate start. Must be available to work weekdays and weekends. _

- This is an exciting and varied job in a beautiful ambience and dynamic environment. Supervisory experience of at least 1 year preferable_

A Supervisor at Søstrene Grene has a busy and diverse role.

**Other retail responsibilities include**:

- Welcoming customers to the store.
- Processing deliveries,
- Sign writing
- Lead the store in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Manager, taking responsibility for day-to-day operations, stock replenishment, delegating tasks and the monitoring of store figures.
- Responsible for opening and closing the store when management are not in.
- Maintain outstanding store conditions and visual merchandising standards through replenishment. Keeping everything tidy and clean, on the shop floor and behind the scenes
- Be actively involved in merchandising displays and areas around the store.
- Serving customers at the till point
- Providing exceptional customer service.
- You must also be knowledgeable about store products and be able to assist/advise customers on suitable store items that best satisfy their needs.
- A responsible approach and excellent communication skills so you can provide your colleagues with feedback to help develop themselves and the store.
- Ability to outline tasks throughout the day.
- Strong problem-solving skills when issues arise.
- Assisting with deliveries and stockroom duties.
- Maintaining health, hygiene, and safety standards whilst on shift.
- You’ll play a key role in coaching and motivating team members. Being a confident communicator who understands how to engage and motivate others.
- Flexible in availability, with the ability to work both weekdays and weekends, as well as early and late shifts.

This is a fully flexible position which will include working weekends.
