Reporting directly to the Infrastructure Manager, the Infrastructure Asset Support will provide effective IT assistance across all aspects of the business and will provide back up and support to the IS Manager, the Infrastructure & Security Manager & the Applications Manager.

The position is responsible for managing and maintaining the IT assets for the business, utilising custom tools to keep track of all assets.

Assist other members of the IT Department with project workload, as requested.

**Duties will include**:

- Ensuring all staff have correct assets to support their job role
- Setting up and configuring new laptops, desktops & mobile devices
- Installing authorised software to laptops, desktops & mobile devices
- Ensuring security and upgrades are applied to desktops, laptops & mobile devices and kept up to date
- Fault finding to laptops, desktops & mobile devices
- Escalating IT issues to other managers where necessary
- Excellent communicator

- Excellent IT skills
