What you need to know

The Senior Identify & Access Management EMEA Lead is responsible for communicating overall capability, direction, engineering methods and implementation of Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions for EMEA regions, businesses, personnel, and customers.

Some of the key responsibilities include:

- Understands, communicates, and influences IAM product lifecycle for services such as privileged access management, authentication, access certification, identity administration for EMEA regions.
- Subject matter expertise in developing best practices around standardized management of access controls.
- Analyze and resolve end user issues or recommend implementation updates
- Lead projects through full lifecycle, including requirements gathering, architecture and design, scoping, implementation and operationalization.
- Assist in requirements and design gathering of solutions to ensure that IAM services perform according to defined processes, meet defined policies and comply with applicable information security requirements.
- Supports critical functions such as IAM tech deployment group, operations group, data governance and service delivery functions for the IAM Program.
- Provide overall thought leadership and participates in activities that clarify business needs and requirements.
- Work with business aligned IT managers to understand business requirements, enterprise IT standards and other considerations that influence how IAM solutions and services should perform and operate.
- Work with the broader IT organizations to interpret policies and standards, ensuring policies and standards are properly followed by new and existing IAM solutions.
- Identify opportunities and outline action plans to improve existing IAM solutions.

What we're looking for
- Significant experience in IT infrastructure solution, development, configuration, testing and implementation
- Strong experience engineering, configuring and implementing identity management solutions and services.
- Experience interpreting architecture, designs and business requirements to develop and implement IT security solutions that span multiple technologies, businesses and geographies.
- Possesses deep knowledge of Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions, including implementation experience with SailPoint Identity IQ.
- Ability to work on multiple program tracks and direct efforts of geographically dispersed engineering and development resources.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with many levels of management and across multiple lines of business and corporate functions.
- Hands-on experience troubleshooting IAM solutions and services.
- Can dissect complex situations and guide teams to focus on most critical tasks.
- Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.).
- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and/or other IT certifications - desirable
