Tax Trainee

A development opportunity has arisen within a growing independent Tax consultancy for a Tax Trainee. This role would suit a numerate Graduate who is keen to work towards professional qualifications in a dedicated Tax environment. You will be working in a busy Tax Team and benefitting from the wisdom of your experienced colleagues.

The Tax Trainee would receive full study support to work towards your ATT and ultimately CTA Tax qualifications.

It would be highly advantageous if you have worked within an Accountancy practice previously, however full training will be given. This role will be predominantly office based to enable you to work and train and benefit from the wisdom of your colleagues.

**Tax Trainee Duties and Responsibilities**
- Preparing capital allowance claims.
- Providing tax advisory advice.
- Preparing and submitting personal and company tax returns.
- Dealing with Accountants and clients via phone and face to face meetings.
- Site surveys.
- Assisting the Tax Director with special projects.
- Working with a range of IT software and updating internal databases.

This is a rare opportunity to receive fully funded Tax related study support.

The successful Tax Trainee will receive full study support and encouragement to pass all of your ATT and CTA Tax exams. The Tax Trainee will be working closely with a Manager and will benefit from the wisdom of the Tax team.
