AND SATURDAY (10:00 AM - 4:00 PM)

**JOB DESCRIPTION**

As a Therapy Apprentice, you must have the following:

- A keen interest and enthusiasm for beauty
- Minimal one year of customer service experience
- A strong understanding and respect for confidentiality
- Experience working in a demanding environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- Flexible, able to multitask and work under pressure
- Able to answer calls in a professional manner
- A good working knowledge of Social Media
- Excellent organisational skills

Over the duration of this apprenticeship, you will be expected to:

- Advise clients of the different aspects and ranges of treatments
- Advise clients of the different types of skin care products
- Ensure treatment rooms are hygienically setup and a pleasant environment
- Make repeat and follow up bookings with clients
- Have a engaging and welcoming persona

You will study:

- Complete advanced consultations including in-depth client lifestyle profiling
- Design, implement and perform advanced bespoke manual therapies on the face, scalp and body
- Design, implement and perform advanced facial technical (electrical or mechanical) therapy treatments
- Design, implement and perform advanced body technical (electrical or mechanical) therapy treatments
- Provide post treatment aftercare and product advice for advanced manual and technical therapies

Qualification needed / obtained (optional):

- NVQ or SVQ level 2 or equivalent Beauty Therapy (Level 2)

Expected Career Progression, after the allotted 20 mouths placement
- An offer of a full time Beauty Technician Position

The position is of, an on-going permanent nature consisting of a 28 hour per week, Tuesday - Friday (Core working hours - 11:00 to 17:00) and Saturday (10:00 to 16:00).
