We are looking for someone who prides themselves on their appearance, who has an excellent attention to detail and can converse with guests in a warm, friendly and professional manner.

You must be a team player and are able to work in a fast-paced environment.

As we are a wedding venue, we are flexible with hours but you must be able to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
*Please note that this role will involve late night working, beyond the hours that public transport operates so it is essential that you drive or can access transportation.

Key responsibilities of our bar staff;
- To meet & great guests.
- To prepare and pour drinks.
- To maintain cleanliness around bar area.
- To collect glasses.
- To wash & polish glasses.
- Ensure compliance with our challenge 25 policy.
- Cash handling
- To assist with drinks during table service at wedding breakfasts.

Previous experience is desirable but full training will be given.
