**What the job entails**: As a HCA - Days, you'll be responsible for both the physical and social care of residents, helping them with activities to promote an independent and dignified life.

**It is expected that the ideal HCA - Days has**:

- Outstanding verbal, non-verbal and written communication skills.
- Adaptability to different shift patterns.
