**About the Role**

To support the course team; to plan and organise routine team operations and to ensure the efficient implementation of College policies and procedures in order to deliver the highest possible quality curriculum to students.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Teaching
- Course Management
- Quality Assurance
- Learner Management

**Qualifications**:- A formal teaching qualification at level 4 (CTLLS or equivalent) or above (desirable)

**Knowledge and Experience**- Experience of working in education (desirable)- A demonstrable record of success in previous roles.- Significant successful experience of teaching on the relevant course area-
- Knowledge and understanding of mechanisms for the identification, assessment and support of learner needs- Understanding of equality and diversity within the curriculum, barriers to learning and strategies to overcome these
