Part of the 'easy' family of brands, we collect from the customer's home or business, transfer their items to one of our storage warehouses, store for as long as required, before returning their items back to them. **Responsibilities**:

- Lead the collection/delivery team
- Communicate with customers and deliver a great customer service experience
- In addition to driving duties, you'll help with loading and un-loading
- Supervise safe loading of our storage PODs, minimizing the potential damage to customer's items
- Manage customer data entry into our tablet system
- Liase with warehouse staff
- Schedule and plan you week to avoid bottlenecks

**‍LICENCES (Essential)**:

- ‍C1 Licence 7.5 HGV
- Tachograph card

**EXPERIENCE (preferred)**:

- ‍Removals industry: 2 years.
- Manual Handling & Furniture Handling

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£38,000.00 per year Overtime paid at double pay.
