Bramah HR is recruiting for an experienced Bar Supervisor to join a sensational upmarket business on a full time permanent basis. This organisation is well known for it's high end facilities and service to match, so this role will suit a bar supervisor withexceptional customer service standards, strong organisational and work ethic with a collaborative leadership style.

**Responsibilities**
- Provide high levels of customer service to guests
- Lead the team in the absence of the Bar Manager
- Manage operational checklists and ensure any improvements where necessary in daily tasks
- Ensure all equipment and stock levels are sufficient and report to Bar manager if this is not the case
- Comprehensive understanding of all items on the menu
- Deal with customer queries and complaints if necessary
- Coordinate with other departments for event purposes to ensure correct levels of staffing and service can be achieved.
- Staff training
- Distributing workload to staff
- Strong knowledge of the EPOS system

**Skills**
- Understanding of Food Safety and Hygiene, COSHH & H&S issues.
