**_ Purpose of the Role_**

To drive productivity and deals in the Nottingham Care team by supporting fee earners in the marketing and deal management of their clients’ businesses

**_ Duties and Responsibilities_**
- Working closely with the Nottingham team to help generate a greater level of inspections, instructions and completions
- Drive viewing numbers on Agents’ instructions, particularly those that have little interest
- Liaising with both clients and applicants during the marketing process - e.g arranging viewings, sending information to interested parties
- Accompanying viewings on closed business
- Assist with transaction management when a deal has been agreed
- Working with the marketing team of creation of brochures and marketing material to aid in sales
- Conducting Anti Money Laundering checks and following up with involved parties
- Responding efficiently and effectively to direct enquiries from clients and applicants;
- Assisting in the preparation of marketing literature;
- Generating inspections;
- Calling web applicants;
- Cross-selling Group companies;
- Query and customer service management
- Understanding of market dynamics in each sector
- Building internal and external relationships.
- Help with coordination of deals, including but not limited to contact of internal and external contacts throughout the process
- Working with in collaboration with agents and support teams across the region

You will assist the Nottingham Care team of experienced Healthcare Agents and will be well placed to gain first-hand experience and knowledge.

Teamwork and individual performance are both essential to the way we work. You will also work closely with Christie Group company colleagues to cross-sell and gain business.
