Polish Speaking Sales & Customer Service Roles

Location: Tooting SW17

**Salary**: £23k - £30k

Start Date: ASAP

My client who is a well-known insurance company who has offices across the UK are now looking to recruit Sales, Claims Consultants and Customer Service staff.

Whether your day-to-day involves building rapport with new clients, or maintaining existing accounts, you will provide great customer service, be a great listener and help people get the desired outcome.

From day one, you will enter an environment where ideas are welcomed, and progression is encouraged. As you learn you will have the opportunity to gain industry-leading insurance qualifications, with your Cert CII commencing within 12-18 months of joining.

**Requirements**:
To be successful in this role you will need to:

- Listen to customers and manage their requests efficiently
- Be highly organised and responsive to client needs
- Build rapport, trust, and client loyalty
- Introduce customers to new products and services where appropriate
- Tailoring the service for each individual circumstance
- Be keen to grow professionally and embrace new challenges
