**The business**

We are partnered with the UK's leading tech B2B start-up going into aggressive scale up mode due to their success and $62 million in funding, these guys are going to be the next big thing, so this is an amazing time to join. You will be heading up a teamof 5 talented specialists.

**In this role you will be**:

- 5+ years working at a tech startup (B2B SaaS experience is an extra plus)
- Performance ads management: 5+ years of proven experience managing ads directly/indirectly on different platforms including search and social
- Copywriting: They are looking for someone with good copywriting experience
- Lead the creatives: they have internal ad creative resources in the ad team, but you should be able to steer and give feedback to the team
- People Management: So they are looking for some past experience managing & hiring other people
- Working on landing pages: we have internal resources for developing landing pages, but you should be able to analyze the current funnel and recommend the relevant changes when necessary
- Full funnel: you should be able to understand and analyze the full funnel impact of our ads and implement changes when necessary
