**Recruitment Resourcer / Administrator**

**Manchester City Centre**

**Hours: 9am - 5.30pm, Monday - Friday**

**£24,000 - £27,000 + Bonus**

**Hybrid working, 4 days a week in the office (Monday - Thursday), Friday working from home**

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for consistently delivering a high quality resourcing service to our consultants (temporary and permanent) using the existing database, online job boards, social media, LinkedIn and referrals
- Creating and posting appropriate adverts on a variety of job boards
- Qualifying and organising right to work and DBS checks

**Administration**:

- Answering and filtering calls, taking and passing on messages
- Inputting/amending bookings on Adapt (Database)
- Processing payroll and sending to the accounts department
- Typing, formatting and proof reading CVs
- Permanent invoicing
- Updating spreadsheets with relevant information

**What we’re looking for**:

- An experienced recruitment resourcer/administrator
- Fast and accurate typing skills
- Experience of working on Adapt / Bullhorn CRM system would be an advantage
- A confident communicator, as this role will involve constant interaction with a range of people at different levels and from different backgrounds
- An enthusiastic and pro-active approach, with excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to work at a pace
- Quick to learn and retain information
- Highly organised with a great attention to detail
- Self-motivated
- Naturally inquisitive
- Able to multi-task and to be able to work under some pressure at times
- Target driven with an intrinsic desire to be successful
- High standard of written English
