Every month the CEO sets up a meeting to show the IT department what they have achieved and how the different teams have helped to have an impact on the frontlinesupport workers and how they have helped impact the lives of hundreds of people.
You will be working alongside 2 teams which are full of Infrastructure & Networking professionals but include 2 other Database Administrators who will be able to support you when settling into the role. They also have access to Pluralsight which allows youaccess to over 7000 courses which can help develop your skills and knowledge, they have all courses unlocked and this will offer you the opportunity to learn a wide variety systems and other aspects within Data. **Your new role**
You will have a hands on role in helping this organisation implement their new volunteer management systems (VMS) and work alongside their Data Engineers to ensure that the project can have a smooth transition through the implementation stage. You will be workingon Projects which help them improve how they take in data and you will be working with external stakeholders.
Your day
- day duties will vary but 2 days a week you will be focusing and working alongside the data team to see how you can map and implement new and improved data projects. There new VMS holds the information of around 40,000 volunteers and the main projectsyou will be focused on will help protect and store there information. You will be reporting to the Digital Transformation Manager so once these projects have been completed there will be a variety of Digital projects for you to focus on.
**What you'll need to succeed**
To succeed in this role you will need to have proven experience of working as a Business Analyst and working on large scale complex projects. If you have a background in Data or SQL that would be beneficial but is not essential. You must have experience ofworking on IT Projects and working through the entire project lifecycle.
