**Copywriter**

**Leeds (Thorpe Park) or London (Battersea Power Station) / Hybrid - typically 2 days per week WFH**

As we continue to grow, we are excited to add a **Copywriter** to our global team.

**OVERVIEW**:
As part of the Regional Marketing Team, you will work with the Senior Copywriter to create razor-sharp customer-facing copy for a variety of touchpoints, from initial concepts to product launches and beyond.

We are looking for a creative storyteller with commercial writing experience and an eye for detail, who can adapt their writing style to any platform - from packaging to digital advertising - while remaining true to our brand tone of voice.

**Here are some of the EXCITING things you'll get to do (RESPONSIBILITIES)**:

- Working closely with our Brand Marketing, Product Development and Local Marketing teams to develop clear messaging pillars and unforgettable consumer-facing copy to support new product launches, in-market products, and brand positioning.
- Ownership of copy for selected products within our portfolio, responsible for messaging performance, accuracy, and updates.
- Managing approval from key stakeholders including Claims and Legal teams to ensure copy is compliant, without compromising on creativity.
- Managing copy deadlines to meet business milestone timings.
- Helping to develop assets for Consumer Insights testing and implementing findings.
- Working with Local Marketing teams on market-specific opportunities, and supporting growing EU markets with localised, translation-ready content.
- Auditing, optimising and refining in-market copy in line with performance data.
- Developing seasonal campaign copy and identifying creative messaging opportunities.

**ATTRIBUTES & SKILLS (REQUIREMENTS)**:
**Essential hard skills**:

- Min 3 years of experience in Copywriting or relevant writing/editing role
- Educated to degree level or equivalent
- Exceptional written English and proof-reading skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Confident in using Microsoft office packages

**Essential soft skills**:

- A way with words
- An obsession with crafting creative copy that converts
- Ability to condense technical information into concise, consumer-facing text
- Strong organisation and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work accurately at a fast pace, in a changing environment
