Reporting to the Line Manager, you will play an instrumental role in supporting with the day to day running of the Academic Office. You will have the ability to prioritise and complete tasks within a given timeframe and ensure the highest of accuracy is maintained.

Due to the nature of the role and organisation, it will be necessary to take out an enhanced DBS before you can start in the role.

**Academic Administrator Responsibilities**
- Entering student data and contact information
- Liaising with internal teams to book meetings
- Booking appointments and events
- Maintaining accurate schedules and information
- Assisting with training new staff members
- Filing, scanning and printing

**Academic Administration Experience**

Professional experience:

- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Be a highly efficient administrator with excellent IT skills (Microsoft Office, databases etc.)
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload

- Demonstrated ability to work accurately and complete tasks within a given time frame
- Ability to adapt in a changing environment

**The Location**

This role is based in Central Oxford. Sadly, there is no parking available on site. However, the office is very easily reached via public transport or bicycle

This is a full time, permanent role. The working hours are 37.5 per week, generally 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday (2-3 Saturdays or evenings a year are required for open days and other events).
