Job Title: Lead Acid Car Battery Sales Representative

**Job Description**:
As a Lead Acid Car Battery Sales Representative, your primary responsibility is to promote and sell lead acid car batteries to customers. You will play a crucial role in driving sales growth, establishing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.

**Responsibilities**:
Sales Generation: Actively engage in sales activities to generate leads, identify potential customers, and convert them into sales. This includes cold calling, prospecting, and attending industry events.

Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of lead acid car batteries, including their features, specifications, and benefits. Be able to confidently explain the advantages of these batteries to customers, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.

Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional service, addressing inquiries, and offering appropriate solutions. Understand customer needs and provide personalized recommendations to meet their requirements.

Sales Presentations: Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to individuals and groups, showcasing the features and benefits of lead acid car batteries. Utilize persuasive techniques and effective communication skills to highlight the value proposition of the products.

Market Research: Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments related to lead acid car batteries. Use this knowledge to identify new sales opportunities, develop effective sales strategies, and stay ahead of the competition.

Order Processing and Documentation: Efficiently process customer orders, ensuring accuracy in product selection, pricing, and delivery details. Maintain proper documentation of sales activities, including customer interactions, sales forecasts, and reports.

Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies, marketing materials, and campaigns to increase brand awareness and generate leads. Provide feedback on market demands, customer preferences, and product improvements.

Sales Targets: Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets, contributing to the overall growth and profitability of the organization. Monitor and track sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective measures when necessary.

**Requirements**:

- Proven track record in sales, preferably in the automotive industry or battery sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers.
- Strong negotiation and persuasive selling abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset.
- Proficient in using sales CRM software and other relevant tools.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for sales visits and events.

**Salary**: £35,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
