**Bid CoordinatorPosition Overview**
- Receiving downloading and setting up tender packs with the F/UK system.
- Review of performance specifications.
- Review of any Architectural Specification.
- Providing your Line Manager with detailed overview of reviewed Projects.
- Completing necessary Lift data sheets to send to the factory.
- Correspondence with Fujitec Japan and Fujitec Korea factory.
- Correspondence with F/UK supply chain on receiving costs.
- Inputting data within F/UK Tenders - when necessary.
- Completing TSA (Tender Sum Analysis) Sheets - when necessary.
- PQQ Management.
- Liaising with other departments/Staff and F/UK Freelance teams - such as H&S, Design and Commercial.
- Site Visits.
- Client Meetings.
- Minuet Taking.
- Arranging client events.

**Bid CoordinatorPosition Requirements**
- Previous experience in Technical Sales / Bid Management
- Experience in the Lifting industry
- Knowledge of Traction Lifts / MRLs highly advantageous
- Proficient in setting up Tender packs
- Experienced with PQQ management with be a bonus
- Based locally to Dartford
- Full UK Driving licence

**Bid CoordinatorPosition Remuneration**
- Salary £30,000 - £35,000 DOE
- Monday - Friday, 9:00 - 17:00
- Flexible working available when required
- 33 Days holiday inclusive of bank holidays
- Pension
