We are currently recruiting for a part time dental receptionist with flexibility. 3 days a week (Tuesday/ Wednesday/Thursday)

The successful dental receptionist will be responsible for reception duties including:
Meeting and greeting patients and visitors

Promoting a professional image

Managing the appointment book

Answering calls & queries

Responsibility for patient reminders and FTA rates

Taking payments for dental treatments

Talking to patients about their dental treatments

Good customer service skills good communication skills essential (verbal & written) & listening skills

**Essential Qualities**:
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word

Previous reception experience essential

Accurately update and protect patient information including on the patient electronic database

A good standard of general education

**People Qualities**:
Build and nurture great working relationships with the Clinical team

Be actively involved in the smooth running of the practice by working well with your practice team

Excellent interpersonal skills including a professional and welcoming telephone manner

**Desirable Qualities**:
Knowledge of Exact Dental practice software although full training will be provided
