L.A. Recruitment Group are looking for Refuse Loaders in the Ilkeston area.

This is Monday to Friday job, approximately 8h per day; 6.30am
- up to 3pm, pay rate from £10.42ph up to £11.19ph after 12 weeks.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collecting waste for disposal or recycling
- Work as a part of a small team
- collecting refuse from a different local area each day of the week
- Wheeling bins to the edge of the pavement and loading them on the automatic tipping machine to empty them
- returning empty bins to houses
- Inspect equipment before use and report any safety issues
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies

**Skills**:

- Strong physical stamina and ability to perform heavy lifting
- Excellent hand-eye coordination
- Ability to work in a small team
