The UK business rates team provides a comprehensive, integrated service. We call it 'the complete circle of business rates advice'.

- Auditing historical valuations and reclaim overpaid business rates
- Challenging business rates valuation
- Managing business rate accounts

Our expertise covers the entire spectrum of the business rates function, from challenging business rate valuations to examining business rate records for evidence of overcharging.

We have advised clients on business rates for over 50,000 properties, ranging from one-off buildings to large property portfolios. We have offices throughout the UK and Ireland, we have an experienced team with over 60 specialists being 100% devoted to offering clients rating advice.

**Job Description**:
We are looking for an experienced and able surveyor, keen to join our industry leading team, set out across our national network of offices.

As part of your role, you will be tasked with not only negotiating better business rates for our prestigious client base, but also partnering with them to offer a comprehensive and best in class rating service.

Our expertise covers the entire spectrum of the rating function, from challenging rateable values, to Rate Account Management and examining rate records for evidence of over-charging.

Our dedicated Rating team, which is one of the largest in the country, have surveyors who sit on IRRV and RSA panels, over a dozen directors who have Upper Tribunal experience and the largest number of qualified surveyors that hold the prestigious RICS Diplomas in Rating
