**Location: Portishead, Somerset**
**Pay Rate**: up to £28,000 P/A
**Contract**: Permanent
**Shifts**: Monday - Friday
We are are looking for a experienced PPC Marketing Executive to join a client based in Portishead, Somerset
Due to the continued growth, they are looking to grow there marketing team. They are a small (but growing), enthusiastic team who are driven to deliver on ambition growth plans. This means they need to remain agile, while this role will have a primary focus on the PPC channels, it will is an all-encompassing role covering all aspects of marketing activities as well as supporting wider business activities.
Joining at this stage provides a unique opportunity to define a role and be an integral part in the growth. The company adopts a flat structure and you will report directly to the general manager, with a dotted line into the CEO. Due to very strong growth, outsourced business model is no longer viable from an economic or operation standpoint and are now looking to build out all functions in there new offices Portishead.
**Duties**
- **Social Channels**: Responsible for managing social ads, monitoring performance, managing budgets, design content. Explore and grow new platforms. Identify advertising/social trends we can leverage in our marketing materials. Must be confident in design and creating campaigns that are on trend and match the voice of our business
- **Google Ads**: Manage Google ad campaigns, driving revenue though optimisation & budget allocation.
- **Data Analysis**: Use data & insight to identify opportunities and provide recommendations to the business. Reviewing performance & adjusting accordingly.
- **Customer Experience**: Champion an exceptional customer experience throughout the purchase journey. Monitor and optimize customer service processes, resolve escalated customer issues, and proactively address any potential roadblocks to ensure customer satisfaction.
- **Analytics and Reporting**: Utilize data analytics tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate insightful reports. Use data-driven insights to identify areas for improvement and make data-backed decisions to enhance overall performance.
- **Ambassador Programme**: Building out our ambassador list across social media, active management of hundreds, later thousands of influencers and micro influencers. Ensuring we have net negative churn and this activity yields positive ROI
- **Affiliate Marketing**: Using AWIN to contact potential partners as well as maximising our existing partnership to further drive growth.
- experience in Ecommerce, ideally within the PPC function
- Experience with tools such as Klaviyo & AWIN advantageous but not essential
- Must have a keen eye for design that can be demonstrated in interview.
- Must be committed to the long term success of the business, able to work in a small team with a flat structure.
- Must have general understanding of ambassadors (influencers), affiliate and social media marketing.
**Benefits**
