My client is a well-established not for profit organisation based in Central London, who are seeking an Assistant Finance Business Partner to join their finance team on a permanent basis. Joining a collaborative and dynamic team the individual will havethe opportunity to further their management accounting and business partnering skills.

**The main responsibilities of the Assistant Finance Business Partner role include**:

- Responsible for reconciliations of bank accounts and cash books.
- Provide invaluable support in the production of the monthly management accounts to aid financial decision making, with the view of taking full responsibility for them over time as you develop.
- Support the Senior Finance Business Partners in the financial management of their portfolio of business units, including assisting with the budgeting and forecasting process.
- Complete balance sheet reconciliations.

- Experienced in month end management accounting, including prepayments, accruals and posting journals.
- An excellent communicator who builds strong relationships with non-finance staff.
