You will portray professionalism and confidence and be able to build and maintain close relationships with our customers. As an integral part of the job you will be required to provide customers with an excellent level of service ensuring efficiency of order processing, query resolution and problem solving. It is critical that you are confident in accepting ownership of issues through to resolution.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Plan field engineer routes
- Dealing with incoming post installation customer telephone and e mail queries and following up in a proactive and expedient manner
- Possess, or have the ability to learn quickly, technical knowledge on the manufacture, working and installation of glazing industry products
- Dealing with customer queries and complaints offering advice and guidance on resolution
- Collaborate with all relevant internal departments including Sales, Installations and Aftersales
- Build specific product knowledge
- Efficient management of customer orders via established Company processes

**Experience and Qualifications required**
- Previous experience in a multi-channel Customer Service environment.
- A confident and polite telephone manner.
- Maths & English GCSE or equivalent grades A-C or 4-9.
- Excellent time management and personal organisation skills.
- Ability to work towards strict and demanding deadlines.
- Previous experience within the construction or glazing industry would be beneficial.

**Salary**: £21,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
