**Supplier Relationship Manager - TFM**

Due to business expansion, we currently have an exciting new opportunity for a Supplier Relationship Manager to join our TFM team in Norwich on a full-time, permanent basis.

**The role**:
As a Supply Relationship Manager you will support the Operational Managers and Directors within Norse Commercial Services in the management and control of subcontractor procurement activities across the commercial portfolio. You will therefore be responsiblefor developing, co-coordinating and facilitating processes and activities that enable the business to optimise value of procurement activities, mitigate risk and gain competitive advantage. You will further be required to:

- Regularly review top 20 suppliers that amount to 35% of supplier annual spend and £15M in value, to maximise value for money and competitive advantage.
- Co-ordinate procurement activities as guided by the Commercial Directors and business requirements.
- Ensure suppliers are engaged through clear procurement processes and subsequent positively managed to ensure key performance indicators are met and maintained and penalties are enforced where appropriate.
- Collate and manage information that supports the effective delivery of the procurement function ensuring the required goods and services from appropriate suppliers to enable the business to meet its strategic objectives in an economic, efficient, and effectivemanner.
- Previous experience in a similar strategic procurement role, leading complex high value procurements to effective completion
- MCIPS qualified (or working towards qualification).
- An articulate communicator, confident liaising with decision makers at all levels with strong networking and negotiation skills and with the ability to inform, persuade and influence.
- Excellent organisational and leadership skills demonstrating credibility and gravitas with the ability to engage effectively, at all levels with multiple stakeholders
- Full UK driving license to meet travel requirements of the role.

In exchange for your experience, knowledge and commitment we offer a competitive salary of between £36,788.54 - £41,116.61 DoE and benefits package including 25 days holiday (plus 8 bank holidays), 4+4 sickness scheme and our company pension scheme.
