**Head of Cigars - Cigar Merchant in Luxury 5 Star Hotel**

**Salary: £49,000 + £5,000 to £10,000 Service Charge**

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- To ensure, the effective management of the department and to manage the team in an efficient
- and professional manner encouraging continuous development at all levels.
- To keep a high level of cigar knowledge within the department.
- Ensure efficient administration function is in operation within the department.
- To be fully acquainted with the day-to-day bar operational standards and to consistently
- consider ways of constantly improving these.
- To continuously assist with the monitoring and evaluation of The Cigar Merchants standards.
- To work with the Cigar Sommeliers to develop new opportunities and initiatives based on market
- trends, innovations and customers expectations.

**Requirements**:

- You must have 3+ years in a similar position
- A luxury background in a similar environment
- A right to work in the UK
- Strong knowledge of the worlds finest Cigars

**Must have a right to work in the UK**
