Location: Yeovil
Basic rate of pay for days: £16.00 per hour
Early / late shift: £18.88 per hour
Night shift: £24.00 per hour
CNC Turner will be responsible for the following:

- Operate CNC lathes, some of which have live tooling
- Check and inspect own work using inspection equipment to ensure total process is maintained
- Manufacture components from engineering drawings to the correct quality standards
- Ensure that manufacturing process is accurately recorded, maintained, and updated
- Ensure that preventative machine maintenance schedules are strictly carried out
- Always maintain a safe and tidy work environment
CNC Turner will have some of the following skills and experience:

- Level 3 engineering qualification or equivalent (indentures accepted)
- Knowledge of Fanuc control systems
- Previous experience in similar roles
- Ability to operate different machine tools
- PC literate
