We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and determined individual to undertake an exciting and pivotal role within our successful Nottingham Team as a Sales Associate.

No previous experience within the recruitment industry is necessary as full training will be given, however previous work within an office/field based sales environment is essential.

What is the Sales Associate job?

**BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT**:

- Actively sourcing business leads predominantly within the warehousing, logistics and commercial industries.
- Carrying out B2B cold calls.
- Successfully conducting face to face meetings and converting leads
- Engage in training to develop sales techniques and skills
- Show the drive and passion to win new contracts

**ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT**:

- Foster positive client relationships
- Identify further business gains within existing clients
- Collaborate with team members to ensure an excellent standard of customer service
- Be instrumental in offering creative staffing solutions

You will be based in the office Monday to Friday but you will also be required to take part in the on-call rota, a service that strengthens our position in that market as a leader in customer service.
