Our client is a leading utilities firm who believe technology holds the key to making the most of natures precious resource. They have a five-year plan that will invest heavily on Technology. The company has been enabled as a department to focus on capabilities,increase delivery and responsiveness for their customers and develop skilled technical and data experts.
**Your new role**
They're looking for an Data Enterprise Management Information Manager and you can expect the role to involve the following duties:
- Develop, deliver, and maintain the Target Operating Model for the team.
- Identify, manage, and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the business.
- Maintain a clear view of external trends, opportunities, and technologies within the domain across the utility sector and beyond.
- Develop and maintain a business wide MI and reporting catalogue.
- Ensure the catalogue is clearly communicated and delivered in accordance with the strategy and stakeholder expectations
- Identify and manage risks and issues.
- Provide assurance for the quality, sustainability, and effectiveness of deliverables for all solutions within their business services.
- Influence the strategic technology decisions through feedback and collaborative working with all relevant Tech stakeholders
- Provide support at other Tech & Business domains to ensure effective and sustainable use of data within projects and initiatives.
- Manage and maintain product backlog and act as Product Owner for MI, BI & Reporting needs.
- Provide coaching and development of colleagues to create resilience and succession.
- Identify opportunities for innovation through existing or future data capabilities.
- Support the creation of investment/business cases based on agreed roadmaps to deliver new capabilities or mitigate risk in existing capabilities.
- Deliver & support the identification and appointment of Framework Partners.
- Support the development of the integrated Technology Blueprint Plan and delivery of the annual Business Plan.
- Drive continuous improvement to proactively identify & remove waste from processes & activities.
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Proven track record, preferably in the utilities sector or asset management sector.
- Experience of product ownership in a scaled agile environment.
- Detailed knowledge of MI, BI & reporting technologies for undertaking a senior delivery role.
- Experience of undertaking leadership for a team, providing direction and influence to ensure completion of activities.
- Experience of developing and maintaining effective internal and external relationships at Director and senior levels.
- Ability to prioritise and execute tasks in a dynamic, changing environment and make sound decisions in emergency situations.
- Ability to demonstrate relentless drive, energy and determination to delivery sustainable outperformance for Y.W. that rigorously achieves against demanding competitive industry benchmarks and metrics from other organisations
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communications.
- Ability to absorb complex technical information and communicate effectively to all levels, both technical and non-technical audiences.

**What you'll get in return**Negotiable Base Salary up to £88000 + up to 15% bonus + £3.8K Car allowance + up to 10% pension match Location: Mainly home based, typically 1 day a week in Bradford office (flexible)
