STUDIOCANAL, a 100% affiliate of CANAL+ Group held by Vivendi, is Europe’s leader in production, distribution and international sales of feature films and series, operating in all nine major European markets - France, United Kingdom, Germany, Poland, Spain, Denmark and Benelux - as well as in Australia and New Zealand. All productions take place directly through STUDIOCANAL entities or with its award-winning network of European production companies (STUDIOCANAL Series, LAILAPS FILMS, RED PRODUCTION COMPANY, URBAN MYTH FILMS, BAMBÚ PRODUCCIONES, STUDIOCANAL ORIGINAL, 2e BUREAU, SUNNYMARCH TV, SAM Productions, DINGIE/DUTCH FILMWORKS, KINO SWIAT, BIRDIE PICTURES, STRONG FILM & TELEVISION).

**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide administrative support and coordinate the Studiocanal TV Sales team
- Tracking of all licenses and highlighting new business opportunities
- Creating and managing all pitching material
- Travel booking for the team (Flights, hotels, taxis) and processing expenses
- Diary management
- Taking meeting notes and circulating updates to International team
- Arranging both external client meetings and internal team meetings
- Organising conference calls (both internal and external)
- Market Organisation - Events assistance (for example invite lists)
- Tracking annual leave for the TV Sales team
- Management of Studiocanal TV Screening Room registrations
- Regular update and distribution of pipeline sheets, Dashboard, projection reports, deal tracking
- Updating internal systems and processing deals with internal departments
- Managing workflow and communications between sales & marketing teams, to ensure deadlines are met and materials finalised in a timely manner

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Coordinator/Assistant role in content distribution
- Good understanding of the sales process
- Experience of working in a fast paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- A key eye for detail, highly organised and able to meet deadlines
- Team player, flexible and proactive with positive can-do attitude
- Passion for the Film & TV industry and regular interaction with content
- French language is not required but desirable
- Able to use Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Photoshop (desirable)
