Early Morning and Late Evening Home Carers Needed

Job Description: We are currently seeking reliable and compassionate early morning and late evening home carers. As early morning and late evening home carers, you will play a vital role in providing essential assistance and support to individuals in need of care in their homes during these specific timeframes. This position offers the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others while accommodating your availability during the early mornings and late evenings.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Administer medication reminders and support with medication management.
- Help clients with mobility and transfers, ensuring their safety at all times.
- Aid in meal planning, preparation, and feeding as required.
- Perform light housekeeping tasks, including tidying up, laundry, and light cleaning.
- Engage in meaningful activities and provide companionship to clients.
- Accompany clients to medical appointments, outings, and social activities when needed.
- Maintain accurate records of care provided and communicate any changes in the clients' conditions to the appropriate team members.

**Requirements**:

- Valid driver's license and access to own vehicle.
- Compassion, empathy, and a genuine desire to improve the lives of others.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
- Reliability and punctuality.
- Ability to pass a background check and provide references.
