Our client who operates as Accountants within the Hospitality Sector, are looking to recruit an Accounts Payable Clerk to join their Finance Team. They are a highly reputable accounts and payroll service provider to the restaurant industry and have operated for over 15 years and currently providing services to over 40 restaurants sites.

This is a hybrid working role.

Accounts payable day-to-day duties will usually include:

- Make sure post is received weekly from clients on time
- Enter, code and upload invoices onto sage line 50
- Filing invoices accurately and archiving them quarterly
- Monthly supplier statement reconciliation
- Verify and resolve invoice discrepancies
- Process, verify and track client expenses
- Verifying petty cash disbursement with correct documentations
- Answering telephones and assisting with supplier and client queries

Accounts payable skills required:
You'll need:

- Strong knowledge of accounts payable. Knowledge of sage line 50 would be an advantage
- confidence with numbers
- good spoken and written communication skills
- a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- good organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work on deadlines
- Capable of working with mínimal supervision

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
