**The Company**

It's an exciting time to join the team here at KDC/One Swallowfield. From our beginnings as a Somerset based chemist Walter Gregory and Co in 1876, to filling the first commercial aerosol in 1950, and numerous other firsts, to now being part of our USA and Canada based company KDC/One; we're one of the fastest growing contract manufacturers of personal care products with our European Headquarters being based in our very own Wellington, Somerset.

We're experiencing massive growth; as part of that we're looking to increase our permanent production team. We're looking for Production Line Operators to join the KDC/One Swallowfield family at our Wellington site.

**What's in it for me?**

Reporting directly to the Zonal Operations Manager, you'll be an experienced leader, ideally from a manufacturing background. You'll lead, coach and develop your team of Line Leaders to ensure that Products are produced safely, to the required Quality Standards which a focus on delivering operational excellence. Day to day you'll be focussing on delivering a flexible operational team to continue with our reputation for innovation and right first time.
- Ensuring compliance with PPE, Safety and GMP standards,
- Embedding a safety culture among all colleagues and workforce
- Ensuring all operators are working within defined quality standards
- Collaborating with Quality Assurance and Engineering Departments to provide root cause analysis and problem solving techniques
- Recording and ensuring Quality Paperwork is completed in accordance with Customer Requirements
- Organising timely supply of Componentry and balancing of Operators to Production lines
- Liaising with Planning team to understand Zone workload and requirements
- Strong Communication skills to develop multi-departmental working relationships with Peers, Senior Managers and operators
- Leadership of team from building and promoting a team environment to absence management and identifying and organising staff training
- Owning and presenting daily line performance boards
