**What's involved with this role**:
**Temporary RMU Administrator - Resources**
**Reference no: N Wales BL TCL351466**
**Pay Rate: £11.97 per hour PAYE**
**This opening assignment is for 9 months**
**Hybrid working**
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain and update the IT systems and records relevant to the Resource Management Unit.
- Ensure all relevant records are updated, maintained and secure, complying with obligations under relevant legislation and organisational policy and highlight any discrepancies.
- Administer and ensure the accuracy of Resource Management Unit information on the team files, intranet, and updating with basic guidance where required.
- Deal with internal and external general enquiries efficiently and effectively and direct individuals to the relevant documentation if appropriate e.g. policies, procedures.
- Assess and escalate any enquiries to the relevant level if required.
- Ensure queries and requests from customers are responded to efficiently, accurately and in accordance with the North Wales Police (NWP) policy and procedural framework and agreed service standards.
- Co-ordinate appointments, meetings and events and ensure attendance of relevant personnel.
- Assist RMU planners in the allocation of training.
- Attend and participate in Resource Management Unit’s team meetings as directed.

**Qualifications**:

- Level 3 Converse partly in Welsh.

**Skills & Experience**:

- Minimum of 12 months recent experience in a similar role, or context and ideally within a public sector organisation.
- A proven ability of attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills commensurate with the requirements of the post. The ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
- The role is one that requires an individual who can work on their own initiative, is highly motivated and can work as part of a team.
