A boutique London based Law firm are recruiting for an invoicing clerk to join their busy finance team. Working within the finance team the role includes working closely with the finance team leader.

**The role includes**:

- Review billing guides, invoices and credit notes received from fee earners and secretaries for compliance with the firm's policies and HMRC/SRA rules.
- Enter invoices and credit notes on to the accounting system as and when required.
- Send out invoices to clients or fee earners in a timely manner.
- Handle internal billing queries professionally and diligently.
- Take ownership of e-billing processes for relevant clients
- Assist with preparing billing schedules for some clients.
- Prepare ad hoc manual invoices on request from management.
- Issue receipted invoices as and when requested.
- Assist with time and invoice write offs/transfers and file closures.
- AT least 1 year finance experience preferably within a law firm.
- Great ability to work un-supervised.
- Motivated and Can-do attitude
- Understanding of privacy and confidentiality
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to pick up new systems quickly.
