**About the role**:
As a driver at Vintage Cash Cow, you will be an integral part of our logistics team, responsible for the timely and safe transportation of goods. Your role will involve a mix of driving, loading, and unloading vehicles and supporting the logistics team with various tasks when not on the road. The position is crucial to maintaining our high service and operational efficiency standards.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Load and unload vehicles, ensuring the safe and secure handling of items.
- Verify weight limits to ensure vehicles are not overloaded.
- Complete vehicle checklists and routine maintenance inspections.
- Drive vehicles up to and including 7.5 tons.
- Use a tail lift to offload items.
- Obtain proof of deliveries from recipients.
- Keep the vehicle clean and presentable.

**Additional Responsibilities**:

- Assist the logistics team with scanning lots, collecting empty tuff crates, boxing stock, bailing cardboard, and moving pallets and cages when driving work is not required.

**Essential skills and experience**:

- Due to insurance, be over the age of 25.
- Hold a valid driver’s license to drive vehicles up to and including 7.5 tonnes.
- Have a minimum of 3 years driving experience.
- Have less than 6 points on your driving license.

- **Salary**: £22,500
- **Hours**: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours
- **Overtime**: Overtime and weekend work may be required depending on volumes and special requests.
