Cutover Manager

**Cutover Manager**

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Cutover Manager to join our thriving UK medical device manufacturing company on a two year fixed term contract.

The Cutover Manager will closely collaborate with IT, Business Leads & Programme Management to ensure that cutover strategies align seamlessly with the objectives of the transformation initiative.

This role may necessitate occasional travel to regional offices or manufacturing sites.

**Essential Experience/Qualifications**

**Educational Qualification**:
Degree in Business, IT, Project Management, or related fields.

PRINCE2, PMP or equivalent

**Experience**:
Proven track record in managing system transitions in large-scale environments.

Significant experience in overseeing cutover activities for large ERP programmes, notably Dynamics 365 and SAP.

Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.

Strong stakeholder management and communication capabilities.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines.

**Desirable Experience/Qualifications**

In-depth knowledge of Intersurgical Group's operations.

Experience working in the medical devices industry.

40 hours per week

2 year fixed term contract
