**Description**

The key responsibilities include but will not be limited to-- Deal with Customer complaints and queries
- Assisting in training of staff for all technical aspects of procedure
- Carry out various product checks
- Work closely with the warehouse to ensure all deliveries and outgoing goods are accurate
- Organise product sample testing
- Process paperwork
- Work with other departments such as marketing and sales
- Maintain technical records

**Profile**

The must have a good attention to detail, passion for food and have excellent communication skills.
