Due to a significant increase in workload, a continued commitment to overall company growth TJ Services is now seeking to strengthen their Operational Team with the appointment of Bathroom Supervisor.

**Key Responsibilities**:
You will assist the management in developing the profitable growth of the business through leading and delivering successful projects, bathroom adaptions, maintaining successful teams, and by championing personal training and development as an example to others. oversee the day-to-day management of all site labour and ensure that works are completed safely and to programme.

Tasks will include health and safety monitoring and briefings, site inductions, resident liaison, client liaison, preparing and delivering quotes on time, call off materials, weekly paperwork submissions and report, keep track of all progress on site and report to the Operations Manager/CEO

**Knowledge / Experience**:

- Site Management experience (Essential)
- SMSTS (Desirable)
- First and second fix plumbing
- Experience of tiling bathrooms
- Basic carpentry
- Knowledge of Domestic Heating Systems
- Experience in disabled adaptions
- Plastering (Desirable)
- Floor Laying (Desirable)
- First Aid
- Asbestos Awareness
- Scheduling Works

Schedule:
Monday - Friday 8:00 - 16:30

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to £32,000.00 per year
