**Senior Business Application Analyst / Systems Analyst, Salary: £50-55k + 25 days holiday (+ bank holidays) with excellent benefits and career opportunities, based in Peterborough, flexible working considered.**

**Senior Business Application Analyst / Systems Analyst Main tasks;**
- Meet with decision makers, systems owners, and end users to define business, financial, and operations requirements and systems goals, and identify and resolve systems issues.
- Perform troubleshooting, investigation, analysis, and evaluation of escalated (day-to-day) problems to resolve system issues and track these issues using an internally developed issue tracking system.
- Review and analyse the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems and develop strategies for improving or further leveraging these systems.
- Ensure all activities conform to procedures and policies on change management, information security and confidentiality

**Required Skills;**
- Experience as a Business Applications Analyst / Systems Analyst or similar role
- Experience of Dynamics 365 Business Central and SAP is desirable
- Ability to effectively prioritise and execute tasks in a busy, fast-paced environment.
- Highly self-motivated and directed.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Excellent listening and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational skills and keen attention to detail and strong desire for quality
- Strong analytical and creative problem solving skills.
