From Locally produced Ice cream, hot desserts to old school sweets, we offer a delectable variety of options for those with a sweet tooth. Our shop operates during the evenings on Thursdays through Sundays, and we are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Dessert Shop Assistant to join our team.

**Responsibilities**:As a Dessert Shop Assistant, you will be responsible for a range of tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our shop. Your primary duties will include:

- **Cooking and Serving**:

- Prepare and serve a variety of sweet treats to customers with precision and care.
- Maintain a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for all patrons.
- **Order Preparation**:

- Manage and fulfil Just Eat orders efficiently and accurately. Managing deliveries and drivers effective time management
- Ensure timely delivery of orders, maintaining the quality of our products.
- **Prep Work**:

- Assist in the preparation of dessert mixes and ingredients.
- Follow recipes and guidelines to maintain consistency in our offerings.
- **Cleaning and Restocking**:

- Keep workstations clean, sanitized, and organized.
- Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed.
- **Timing and Multi-tasking**:

- Possess excellent time management skills to handle cooking, serving, and preparation simultaneously.
- Prioritise tasks effectively to maintain efficiency during peak hours.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven work experience in a dessert or bakery setting or retail experience of over 2 years.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on quality and presentation.
- Strong multitasking skills and excellent time management.
- Level 2 Food Hygiene
- Weekend availability is a must.
- Driving License preferred but not essential
