A national Accountancy Firm seek an experienced Recruitment Assistant Manager to join their team on a 6-month fixed term contract.

We have partnered with one of the UK’s top 15 Accountancy Firms, in their search for a Recruitment Assistant Manager to join their London based team. As the Recruitment Assistant Manager you will be responsible for supporting with the hiring process of 50+experienced hires and overseeing the full recruitment cycle.

**Reporting directly to the Recruitment & Resource Manager, the Recruitment Assistant Manager will**:

- Provide end-to-end delivery of experienced hire recruitment across the business
- Managing the PSL to meet our growing needs
- Maintaining the recruitment portal
- Attending and leading interviews and managing post interview feedback
- Overseeing the offer stage of new starters
- Updating monthly people reports with recruitment updates
- Providing regular updates on recruitment to key stakeholders
- Creating engaging recruitment material to post on our social media channels

As the Recruitment Assistant Manager you will have experience within a professional services environment in the recruitment team or come from an agency background. You must be confident in headhunting and have a high level of experience in leading and supportinginterviews. You will also have:

- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Be a confident communicator
- Takes ownership of their workload and development
- Professional and confident with a can-do attitude
- Strong team orientated approach
