**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and deliver sports and fitness coaching sessions to individuals or groups
- Promote AIM Education to educational establishments
- Recruit schools for AIM Education
- Teach and educate participants on the rules, techniques, and strategies of sports, fitness and well-being
- Provide guidance and support to help athletes improve their skills and performance
- Develop training programs and practice schedules
- Motivate and inspire children to reach their full potential
- Monitor and evaluate the progress of pupils
- Ensure a safe and inclusive environment for all participants
- Communicate effectively with athletes, parents, and other coaches

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in sports coaching or playing the sport at a competitive level
- Strong knowledge of the rules, techniques, and strategies of sports, fitness and well-being
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire children
- Patience and understanding when working with individuals of different skill levels
- Organizational skills to plan training sessions and manage schedules

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £11.44-£12.11 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 24 per week
