We are working with a leading care provider who specialise in transforming the lives of children who have suffered trauma, exploitation and marginalisation and they believe passionately that by delivering outstanding care for each and every child or youngperson that they look after they will enrich children lives.
As a Registered Service Manager with this organisation, you will have an opportunity to make a difference to children's lives. Their focus is for care and education, stability, and safety - all based around a high intensity assessment-based programme.
**The Role**
- This role ultimately manages a multi-building registration, accommodating 4 children, across 3 separate homes within a local catchment area
- The Registered Manager will hold responsibility for the leadership, management, and operation of this service, which is a short-term/4-month placement aiming to support a permanent placement moving forward.
- The Registered Manager will set the operational direction and organise the effective running of the service to meet its Statement of Purpose.
- Your positive outlook and ability to see beyond behaviours will reward your hard work in positive outcomes for children during their time with you. Enabling a significant number to move on to a level of permanent whether that be foster care, a step-downprovision or back to their families.

**Essential Criteria:

- **
- You will hold an NVQ/QCF Level 3 Diploma in Children's and Young People's workforce or QCF Level 5 Diploma in Leadership in Children & Young People's Services.
- You will have a minimum of 1 years' experience of managing an OFSTED home that carries at least a good OFSTED rating OR be a Deputy Manager, with at least 2 years Deputy experience looking for that next step into management.
