At _The Wandering Kitchen _we are responsible for the catering at Queenford Lakes in
South Oxfordshire. We pride ourselves on the food and drink that we produce, we source ingredients locally and make everything from scratch. We love our customers, those that are involved in the water sports and those who come to the lake for our food and atmosphere. We are passionate about providing a warm and inviting atmosphere for all our customers.

**Job Summary**:
The Café Supervisor assists the FOH Manager and the FOH Assistant Manager with the goal of providing customers with excellent, quality products and fast, friendly service. This position enforces all procedures in the absence of the FOH Manager and Assistant Manager. You will be expected to have significant product knowledge and demonstrate positive, friendly and courteous customer service. Your daily duties will be making drinks, serving food, using the till, money handling, washing up, processing orders and managing the team when the other managers are away.

Person specification for Café Supervisor role:

- Responsible, punctual and capable of running the front of house when the manager is away
- Passionate about the customer experience
- Able to create a vibrant atmosphere
- Positive attitude and can brighten others days (staff and customers)
- Ability to work under pressure and in busy situations
- Passionate about local products and ingredients

Hours worked on a rota. The opening times of the café are:
Monday: 9am - 9pm
Tuesday: 9am - 6pm
Weds: 8am - 6pm
Thursday: 9am - 9pm
Friday: 9am -6pm
Sat: 9am - 6pm
Sun: 7:30am - 4pm
