**Watersports Supervisor**

**About the Role**:
Leisure Services is looking to recruit a new Watersports Supervisor to contribute to the overall smooth and efficient running of the Wirral Watersports centre, by providing operational and administrative support to the Watersports Team Leader.

You will act as the senior supervisor within the Watersports advisor staff and, deputise in the absence of the Watersports Team Leader, to ensure the effective day-to-day running of the centre.

You will be responsible to lead a team of Watersport Advisors to control access to the marine lake and administer bookings related to watersports activities, along with inputting sessions/activities with individuals, user’s groups, and business partners, in addition to processing customer enquiries/transactions across the centre.

We are looking for someone who can work well within a team environment and provide strong leadership, strengthening engagement, growth, culture, innovation, collaboration, and performance.

Your experience should include knowledge and use of Microsoft and data collection packages. You will be required to have gained experience in working within a watersports environment and hold a minimum of a Powerboat Level 2 qualification in addition to a full Driving licence for a motor car.
