We are on the lookout for a courteous and attentive Doorperson to join our esteemed Concierge team, where your presence will play a pivotal role in ensuring our guests' experiences are seamless, warm, and unforgettable.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Be the first smile our guests encounter. Welcome them with warmth and professionalism, setting the tone for their Sofitel experience from the moment they arrive.
- Assist guests with their luggage, ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in process. Accompany guests to their rooms with a commitment to delivering a service that exceeds expectations.
- Extend the same courtesy to guests as they arrive and depart. Provide vehicle assistance and door-opening services.
- Share valuable information about our hotel's facilities, services, and local attractions. Become a knowledge ambassador, enriching our guests' experiences with insider insights.
- Maintain a polished and tidy appearance that reflects Sofitel's sophistication and elegance.
- Keep a watchful eye on the surroundings. Vigilantly monitor and report any safety concerns or suspicious activities, contributing to the overall security and well-being of our guests.
- Work seamlessly with the front desk and concierge teams. Your collaboration ensures that guests' needs are met with efficiency and that every aspect of their stay is seamlessly orchestrated.

**Qualifications**
You **must** hold a valid driving Licence

Be comfortable driving in London to park guests vehicles

Effective verbal English communication. Foreign languages are an advantage

A welcoming and approachable personality that embodies our commitment to guest satisfaction

Able to work irregular hours and shifts, including weekends and public holidays
